What People Say

Most Liked

Customers rave about the generous portion sizes, often leading to leftovers that are perfect for a second meal. The sticky chicken, with its perfect texture and rich sauce, garners a lot of praise, as does the kalua pork, highlighting the quality and attention to detail in preparation.

The macaroni salad, often seen as a simple side, surprises diners with its complex flavors and unique texture, making it a favorite among regulars. Fast service allows everyone to enjoy their meal without long waits, perfect for those in a hurry. Friendly service adds to the charm, creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.

Most Disliked

Some guests initially feel a hint of sticker shock, as prices hover around $15 for main dishes, which can seem steep compared to traditional food truck offerings. Waiting for parking can be an issue, especially during peak hours, as the popularity of the truck means spots fill up quickly.

A few reviews mention variable service experiences, suggesting that staffing may fluctuate, leading to occasional delays. However, many patrons counter these concerns by sharing their positive interactions with staff, creating a mixed narrative. Overall, while there are minor drawbacks, the delicious food often outweighs these small inconveniences.

Haven't posted a review for a while but man, this just blew me away. I still get a bit of sticker shock at food trucks, so be prepared to spend 15 plus, But ..... The food was absolutely fantastic. Enormous portions, I don't remember any time I've ever eat at a food truck and I couldn't finish everything. So leftovers for me tomorrow. I got the sticky chicken and rice with a side of Mac salad, the sticky chicken was cooked really well, not overdone or underdone. Good texture amazing sauce quality and viscosity, and rice can be an easy thing to screw up and that was a great addition to the pallet of the chicken. Now what really blew me away and I'm not sure why, but the mac salad has one of the most unique, amazing perfectly textured and mixed flavor I think I've ever had. The best way I can explain it is it had layers of flavor. Also I've seen some reviews on here that were saying bad customer service, I know the guy that was working there was amazing, I think he's the owner. Thank you for your great hospitality and amazing food. Atmosphere was for just cuz the parking was totally full and had to walk a couple blocks, but I guess Bend is just like that now.

Amazing food! And super friendly customer service. I’m so glad we have it a try on this Saturday. The misubi was better than anything I had in the islands! And the portion sizes don’t mess around either. We will definitely be back.
